About Fibre Communications

Technology Decisions Should Start With Your Needs, Not a Vendor's Product

Fibre Communications started with a simple observation: organizations needed someone to help them navigate the technology market without being tied to one vendor's products. That's what we do.

Experience That Helps Us See the Bigger Picture

Fibre Communications is led by founder Jared Millard, who brings more than 10 years of experience in the technology industry to every client engagement. Having worked with major telecom and cloud carriers, he saw firsthand the limitations of the traditional direct-sales model. Today, Fibre Communications recommends the right providers across connectivity, cybersecurity, cloud, phone systems, contact centers, colocation, AI and mobile device management.

A Vendor-Agnostic Approach

Most technology providers understandably recommend the products and services they represent. This can create a conflict of interest, where the solution suggested is the one that best suits the vendor, not the client.

At Fibre Communications, we take a different path. We are vendor-agnostic. We don't represent any one provider, so our recommendation is based on what fits your business. We work with dozens of providers in each technology category, giving us a comprehensive view of the options available.

Vendor neutrality gives us the freedom to focus on the client's needs first.

Technology That Helps Your Business Run Better

We start with what you're trying to achieve, not with a product. That might be giving customers faster answers when they call, cutting the time your team spends on repetitive work, or getting a clearer picture of what you're paying for. Then we recommend the technology that supports those goals.

Take the contact center, where AI is making some of the clearest gains in efficiency. We start by studying how calls come in today: why customers call, how calls are routed, and where callers wait or get transferred. From there, our engineering partners design and deploy AI agents that answer common questions, schedule appointments, and route each caller to the right person the first time, day or night. When a call needs a person, the AI hands it off with the full context, so customers don't have to repeat themselves. Your team spends less time on routine calls and more time on the conversations that build relationships and drive revenue.

We bring the same approach to connectivity, cybersecurity, cloud and the rest of your technology: understand how your business runs, then recommend what will help it run better.

We Take the Legwork Out of Technology Purchasing

Researching the market yourself means contacting multiple vendors, sitting through discovery calls and demos, and comparing proposals that don't line up. We do that work for you and bring back a clear recommendation.

How We Are Compensated

Our advisory is no cost to you. Providers compensate us, much like an insurance broker or real estate agent, which lets us work across a broad range of providers on your behalf.

How we work with you
  • Practical Advice: We focus on what works, not what is trendy.
  • Clear Communication: We strip away the jargon to help you make informed decisions.
  • Long-Term Relationships: We are not looking for a one-time transaction; we are looking to be your long-term technology partner.
We work alongside your IT team.

Many of our clients already have an internal IT team or an outside IT provider. We don't replace them. We work alongside them, filling whatever gaps they aren't set up to cover, with engineering support behind us.

Let's talk about what you're working on.

Whether you have a project in mind or just want a second opinion, we're happy to help. Our advisory is no cost to you.
